Had to tweak almost every recipe so far to make them work. Definately low carb but not low cal. The average cook cannot make most in 30 minutes or less, unless you already had everything chopped, pounded thin, etc. Recipes are OK - but not for beginners.

While I do applaud Rachel for her "30 Minute Meals", There really not that healthy and there are quite a number of things you have to go and get. No real nutritional information. Definitely not a low carb book.
