Monster 4X4: World Circuit (with wheel)

If you know "Excite Truck" from the same maker than you know already that you can put your expectations high again on this game.

Its basically an updated version of "Excite Truck" with even more exciting new features.

By now the rocketbooster looks already as an oldtimer standard feature ;-)
New is a Fireshield, Oil and Ice slick fields, a feature to push burning oil containers and new stunt features.

Having mentioned all the above new features makes the new smoother graphics almost appear unimportant to the overall new experience.

Fact is the improved graphics significantly help its part raising the game to a new visual level and the additional features do the rest of the magic.

So if on a rainy stormy day, all your family members suddenly check in - one by one - to the self declared in-house gamezone than you can be sure they are all gathered around this monster game.

Definitely one to enjoy !!

My 6 yr. old son just got this for his birthday. He loves it! His 8 yr. old sister and I also love it too.

We didn't have any problems using the steering wheel. It doesn't seem to take much turning of the wheel to get the truck to turn. In the first race or two, I was all over the place but once I calmed down and tried not to turn the wheel too extreme, I did a lot better. I loved to do the stunts off the ramps.

The only thing that was a problem was that I tried one time to use a 2nd remote and it didn't work. But again, I only tried it once. I thought the menus could've been better to navigate but we managed.

Overall, we loved it!

I bought it admittadely for a wheel to play with Mario Kart, but the game seems alright for 20 bucks. However, I'm having problem using the Wiimote with the wheel. On the official Nintendo wheel, there's a cutout for the sensor, but this wheel doesn't have a cut out and the sensor goes 'off' as soon as the wiimote gets inserted.

If anybody would like to leave a comment and point me in the right direction on anything I might be doing wrong with this wheel, I'd appreciate it.
