Date undefinedI purchased all three of the kids rap CDs. I would love to have more authentic sounding rap for my sons but this is better than the edited version of the sex songs available otherwise. I would love to have more clean versions that are really clean.

Date undefinedMy husband and I are Hip Hop Heads. This CD is perfect for 90's HH parents who now run to soccer practice/BB games/ dance class. My son loves this CD. It's all the favorite songs from his big brother's edited collection but with content that HE can comprehend..snacks, school, etc. If you are looking for 5-mic lyrics this CD is not for you. It's not Nas! As far as the Pimps and Hos comment... I must have missed that during the 100 times my son has listened to this CD.

Date undefinedWow and I thought Kidz Bop was bad, but this is an insult to the whole hip hop community and to the artists who's songs on here. I always dreaded that this would happen but I never thought that record companies would sink this low for a quick dollar. It's sad because I like some of the songs on here and it breaks my heart to see them bastardized like this. Don't buy this, if you don't want your kid to hear cuss words than get an edited CD. Bleeping the cusswords is one thing but bastardizing good songs but watering them down for little kids when they never meant to be heard by kids is just sickening. Please don't buy this, if this crap flops than maybe stop Vol.2 in it's tracks.
