Date undefinedIt is very enlightening to watch Wes' hands as he plays, and see how he uses the fretboard. I've been playing a long time, and this video has given me a new way to approach my instrument. I would recommend this to any guitarist that wants to play jazz.

Date undefinedI've tried but never really got why he was considered so great. For example, 'Smokin at the half note' really underwelmed me. However, this stuff is amazing! I'm converted! His style is nuanced and subtle rather than flashy, but everything about his playing that makes him great and unique is on display here. The sound is well restored. If you like jazz, you won't regret getting this one.
