I bought this product with an uneasy feeling wondering if it would be durable. It started off being a pretty decent product. good sound clarity, good mic. however there are a few problems.
The headset can only be worn on the left side which seems awkward at first being right handed. Also there is no way to turn the mic off if you dont want it. the volume control is in the middle of the wire which is very long which is hard to find if you are concentrating on something else like a video game. Like I said with all of that I still thought it was a good devise but with about a month of usage the mic quit working. granted, there was heavy usage but its not like i was being rough with it, or dropping it. If I had to guess I would say that the extremely long cord was apt to get caught up on things which caused this problem. I think it could have been a good product if it would have benn tested better or thought through a little better. In my opinion the headset that comes with the x box is better and mor durable than this one.
