I have a question. What is the name of the lady that sang in the movie? She was singing in the night club singing "I Wanna Love Again. Natalie Cole is named as the singer on the CD, but I would like to know who the lady was in the movie. Please help!!! Her voice is beautiful.
Thanks.
This movie tells us so many things we need to know about life. You can have everything and in an instant have nothing. You can lose it all and end up with all of it. When it comes to love and life lessons, this movie tells it with humor and poise and includes a message that reminds us to lean on God when life is good and when life is bad. It demonstrates forgiveness on all levels. A great movie when you need to put things of life into the proper perspective. Tyler Perry is brilliant.
They took a preachy, hypocritical, incoherent play with bad music and turned it into a a preachy, hypocritical, slightly-more-coherent movie with bad music. The acting is good. However, this is not a comedy as they try to make it appear in advertising. It has little of Medea (Tyler Perry's drag character) in it. Medea is not the mad woman, it is another character. That is what the movie is about so why they have Medea in the artwork in the front makes no sense. They talk Christian values throughout the movie but rarely practice them. It is loud, obnoxious and the boring. The ending of the movie is lifted straight out of "An Officer and a Gentleman".
