Date undefinedAt first I didn't want to read this book by John Eldredge. But I'm glad I did.
My assumptions were so wrong. I found this book to be quite challenging. Yes, God is interested in the details of our lives. Once we understand that fact, we're on our way to engaging the heart of God on a personal basis.
As believers we could actually find ourselves being deists because of our failure to engage the heart of God on a daily, personal basis. God wants to engage our hearts. But we must let him.
I gladly recommend Walking with God by John Eldredge.

Date undefinedWalking With God helps to know how to relate to God and what He wants for us. Was told about it by my daughter who has introduced it to their church study group. Since then others have asked about it and have become interested. No one has been disappointed. I recommend it highly. We can become more aware of the meaning of our lives and that we do not walk alone. God is here now with us.
